Gladia by the Waters — the 60-ha township

Gladia Heights is the 1.26-ha high-rise zone of the 60-ha Gladia by the Waters integrated township, where more than 400 low-rise villas and townhouses have already been handed over and are lived in. The township holds Singapore’s BCA Green Mark for Districts (Provisional); the high-rise zone holds BCA Green Mark Gold.

Milestones: official launch 1 August 2026, topping-out expected Q2/2027, handover expected Q4/2027.

The “Future First, You First” idea

The developer frames the project around four needs of urban families: Grow (space for children to develop), Breathe (a balanced life close to nature), Relax (somewhere for adults to recharge) and Reap (value that builds over time). In practice this shows in the amenities, the two years of free classes and the green certification — see amenities.
