Inside the 60-ha Gladia by the Waters township
The Gladia Heights towers sit next to Vo Chi Cong road at the entrance to the township. Beyond them are the low-rise zones The Grand, The Grace and The Posh along the Rach Chiec river, where more than 400 villas and townhouses have been handed over and are lived in.
The master plan shows a Welcome Park, Wellness Park, Riverside Park, Riverfront Plaza, Community Park, Family Park, a clubhouse and a plot for education. High-rise residents may use the public areas that the developer hands over to the state.

The towers are set back 73.7 m from Vo Chi Cong road. Once the Cat Lai – Phu Huu port road is complete (planned for Q4/2028), container trucks from the port are expected to go straight to Ring Road 3 instead of using Vo Chi Cong.
